GLUEDEVIL FILFOAM is a multi-purpose polyurethane foam that can be used for filling around door and window frames, insulating hot and cold water pipes, sealing and general filling of gaps and cracks. FILFOAM bonds to most building materials except silicone, Teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene.

It is resistant to all weather conditions, and hardens in 2 to 4 hours in wet conditions. After hardening, excess FILFOAM can be cut away, cleaned and painted.

Application Details:
  • Assembling and sealing of window and doorframes.
  • Filling of cavities.
  • Sealing of all openings in roof constructions.
  • Creation of a soundproof screen.
  • Substrate: All substrates except PE, PP.
  • State of surface: Clean, free of dust and grease.
  • Preparation: Moistening of the surfaces improves adhesion, curing and cellular structure.
  • Application method: Shake the can approximately 20 times before use.
Packaging:

250ml, 500ml and 750ml Aerosol cans

Shelf Life:

Store the product in a cool and dry place.

The shelf life is 12 months at temperatures between 0°C and 25°C.

Caution:
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Use in a well ventilated area.
  • Don’t smoke near application – flammable.
  • Take the usual industrial hygiene precautions.
  • Wear gloves and safety googles.
  • Remove cured foam by mechanical means only, never burn away.
