  • GLUEDEVIL GDSA121 is a toughened structural adhesive with a set time of 5 minutes, capable of providing strength of up to 270kg/cm2 (3900 lbf/in2).

APPLICATIONS

  • Bonds: metals, plastics, ceramics.
  • Simple all in one cartridge application – no external mixing required.
  • Handling strength achieved within 5 minutes.
  • Special non-clogging nozzle with optional disposable microtip or static mixer.

APPLICATION:
  • Although GDSA121 will bond oily surfaces, for maximum strength it is advisable to clean surfaces with solvent and abrade lightly with sandpaper.
  • GDSA121 is soluble in acetone.
CAUTION:
  • Contains Methyl Methacrylate, can cause sensitisation – avoid skin contact.
  • If contact occurs, rinse with soapy water.
  • Avoid excessive heat, naked flames, sparks, etc.
  • Store in a cool dark place.
  • Do not mix prior to application.
