Silicone

MULTI-PURPOSE SILICONE is a high-quality, permanently flexible sealant that can be used to make waterproof seals for joints, gaps and cracks. It forms a tough waterproof rubber seal that won’t shrink or crack and can withstand temperature extremes from -50°C to 150°C.

APPLICATIONS

Adheres to glass, painted or varnished surfaces, metals and most plastics. Ideal for glazing, sanitary, plumbing, roofing, cladding, ducting and most DIY applications.

Elastic one-component silicone sealant which, when exposed to atmospheric humidity, forms a flexible and durable elastomeric seal which possesses excellent resistance to severe weathering conditions.

Basis:

Acetoxy system. Reacts with air humidity at room temperature

Fields of Application:

GLUEDEVIL Silicone is a general-purpose silicone sealant which offers good performance on many different applications where water proofing is required and where protection against fungal growth is sought, such as:

jointing baths, sinks, showers, kitchen furniture, automotive parts
jointing ceramic tiles, plumbing fixtures or cold rooms

Properties:

Very good bonding to silicate substrates (glass, ceramics). Excellent UV and water resistance and non-ageing quality. Resistant against many chemicals.
