PVC Cement LP

  • PVC CEMENT is a high-quality, fast setting solvent-based cementing adhesive formulated to provide a strong joint and seal when joining rigid PVC pipes and fittings.

APPLICATIONS

  • GLUEDEVIL PVC CEMENT has excellent water resistance and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications to LOW PRESSURE pipes like swimming pool pipes, outlet pipes, cable conduits, PVC gutters, PVC and ABS connections etc.

GLUEDEVIL LP Cement is an un-plasticised polyvinyl chloride cement. It is intended for joining PVC piping and fittings where the joints will be subject to mains water pressure not exceeding 1 bar, or where no pressure is experienced. It is also used to join ribbed extruded PVC sheet.

Appearance:

Colourless clear liquid with high viscosity having a characteristic odour.

Viscosity, mPa s at 23 °C 3000-4000
Packaging:

100ml bottle, 200ml bottle with brush, 500ml bottle with brush, 210lt drum.

Safety, Handling and Storage:

The solvents are volatile and flammable. Keep away from source of ignition such as flame, sparks and smoking. Decant and use only in well ventilated environment. Avoid skin contact and breathing the vapours.

Shelf Life:

Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, observing flammable liquid storage regulations. Avoid exposure to sunlight and heat, and storage periods in excess of 12 months
