GLUEDEVIL POLYURETHANE FOAM  is a one component, self- expanding, ready to use.

Properties:

• Excellent adhesion on most materials (except PE/PP)
• High thermal and acoustic isolation

• Temperature resistance: -40⁰C until +100⁰C (cured)

• Fire properties: B3 (DIN 4102)

Applications:

• Assembling and sealing of window and doorframes.
• Filling of cavities.
• Sealing of all openings in roof constructions.
• Creation of a soundproof screen.
• Substrate: All substrates except PE, PP.
• State of surface: Clean, free of dust and grease.
• Preparation: Moistening of the surfaces improves adhesion, curing and cellular structure.
• Application method:Shake the can approximately 20 times before use.

Shelf life:

12 months

Caution:         

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use in a well ventilated area.
• Don’t smoke near application – flammable.
• Take the usual industrial hygiene precautions.
• Wear gloves and safety googles.
• Remove cured foam by mechanical means only, never burn away.
