Marine Grade Wood Glue

  • MARINE GRADE WOOD GLUE is a one component, polyurethane-based wood adhesive which cures when exposed to moisture in the air and creates waterproof bonds.

APPLICATIONS

  • GLUEDEVIL MARINE GRADE WOOD GLUE is ideal for construction or repairs to ships or yachts. Also ideal for waterproof bondings of exterior furniture, door frames, window frames, formica and hardwoods such as sleeper wood.

GLUEDEVIL MARINE ADHESIVE is one-component, moisture curing polyurethane adhesive.

Properties:
  • Easy to apply.
  • Solvent free.
  • Fast drying.
  • Applicable even to slightly damp surfaces.
  • High adhesive strength.
  • Can be used for filling (inflated and fill gaps).
  • Water and sea water resistant.
  • Resistant to moisture and chemicals

Application Details:

Application Temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C

The application surface must be solid, clean, dry and free of dust, oil and grease.

After sticking together the surfaces, they are pressed for 2 hours.

It can be cleaned by acetone before getting dry; after drying, it can be removed only by mechanical means.

GLUEDEVIL MARINE ADHESIVE is used for:
  • Boat construction and repair,
  • Furniture manufacturing,
  • Bonding applications of all kinds of hard wood (oak, teak and tropical woods),
  • Manufacturing of wooden doors and windows,
  • Acoustical panels,
  • Stairs, wainscoting, manufacturing and installation of kitchen,
  • Bonding of materials to each other and adhesion to the absorbent surfaces such as concrete and to the metal.

Shelf Life:

Store the product in a cool and dry place.

The shelf life is 9 months at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Use in well-ventilated places.
  • Don’t breathe vapours.
  • Do not smoke when using the product.
