  • FIXER is a polyester based chemical anchor. Applied in one single action, this resin will produce a strong, chemical resistant fixing.

Application Details:

Application Temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C

Temperature Resistance: -30 °C to +100 °C

  • Remove the cover of the cartridge.
  • Place the mixer nozzle on the tip of the cartridge. Don’t use without mixer nozzle.
  • Place the product in special cartridge gun.
  • Make a hole appropriate to the diameter and depth of the anchor by using a drill.
  • Clear the hole from dust and dirt by using a brush or air blower.
  • Ensure no dirt or grease after placing anchor.
  • Extrude the product until it becomes black (about 10–15 cm) and don’t use this portion.
  • Fill hole with about fifty-fifty mixture using the gun.
  • Rotate anchor slowly in correct position.

GLUEDEVIL Fixer Polyester Based Chemical Anchor is used for;

  • Easy and medium load exposed to for anchorage and montage applications.
  • Brick, concrete and briquette walls.

Shelf Life:
  • Store the product in cool places away from direct sunlight.
  • The shelf life is 12 months at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C in its original unopened packaging.
Caution:
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
  • Use in well-ventilated places.
  • Avoid inhalation of vapours.
  • Smoking not permitted whilst product in use.
